Reiki and tensegrity

Hi, I am Dean Hudon, a Reiki Master and Tensegrity leader. 

My name is Dean Hudon and I have lived in the Wells area all of my life. After a career in business and experiencing the ups and downs of life we all have in common, I embarked on a journey of self-empowerment from a different perspective.

Tensegrity - The modern expression of the practical wisdom of the shamans of ancient Mexico. I began attending classes and workshops in 2009 and am currently participating in a continuing Facilitator Certification program. The practices of Tensegrity include Recapitulation (Life Review), Breathing techniques and physical movements known as the Magical Passes. All of these practices are imbued with the intention of clearing our connection with Spirit. In addition to scripted classes, I’m available to lead movement and discussion groups.

In 2021, I stepped into a Reiki journey with Stacey Gibbons, co-founder of Shamanic Reiki Worldwide. After the introductory SR1 and SR2 courses, I completed two, one-year programs to obtain Master Practitioner and Master Teacher certifications. My involvement with SRW is ongoing, and the connections between Tensegrity and Shamanic Reiki strengthen both practices.

Most recently, I have been introduced to Tarot. My initial session gave me clarity as to the next steps of my journey. My intention as a Tarot reader, similarly, is to guide a questioner on their path, rather that to prophesy future events.

Even as I weave my practices together and integrate them into my daily life for my own well-being, I am ready to be of service and introduce them to anyone who would like to learn more and perhaps clear their own connection with the Spirit.
