Sam has been practicing massage since 2006. She specializes in deep tissue, sports massage and injury rehab through a combination of myofascial, neuromuscular, cupping, and gua-sha techniques. She also holds a masters in complimentary alternative medicine and is available for nutrition and holistic health modalities.

Wendy Johnson
I have worn a lot of different hats but the last 20 plus years my work and life focuses have been on natural foods(local and organic), herbal remedies, and energy work (reiki) . Bringing together all my studies and research of nutrition, plant medicine, meditation and fitness and the desire to aid people’s bodies in finding their way back to wholeness I decided to return to school to become a massage therapist. For me massage therapy ties all my passions together. I have the honor of listening to my client’s stories and then helping move their energy and body toward regaining their natural vibrant state. It is good work and I am grateful for it.

Katie Remick
Katie has been massaging since 2018. She focuses on creating a specialized treatment for each clients needs. Her primary passion as a therapist is deep tissue. Other services include cupping, PNF Stretching, energy work & maternity massage. Coming from a military and first responder family she offers military and first responder discounts to both active and retired members. When not massaging she spends time with her family and animals on the family farm.
