Based on a foundation of the ancient practices of Yoga, my work is to help individuals build their health, well-being and personal empowerment with techniques drawn from a wide range of sources.
A small class or a personal session is an exploration of movement and posture adapted to fit you – your safety is my highest priority. We may use tools from restorative Yoga, stress release, breathwork, physical training, myofascial bodywork, and human development science and other fields to find a path that works for your body and makes sense to your mind.

6:15 pm-7:30 pm beginner/intermediate yoga

6-7:15am men's yoga
Thursday
1-2:15pm therapeutic yoga
2nd & 4th Sunday each month
3-5 pm Relax & Renew® Restorative Yoga **call ahead - space is limited**
Classes Mon-Thurs: drop-in $14, or a 6-class session $60 - punch cards also available
Sunday Restorative Yoga: $20
